AidGrid is shared infrastructure for humanitarian coordinators. To keep it safe and trustworthy — especially during active crises — every account agrees to the following.

In plain language — humanitarian summary

  • Use AidGrid to coordinate real humanitarian help requests, not to replace emergency services.
  • AidGrid is not intended for 911 dispatch, medical diagnosis, legal advice, or direct public fundraising.
  • AI suggests; a human coordinator approves every routing decision.
  • No fake submissions, no impersonation of emergency services, no scraping, no spam to submitters.
  • In immediate, life-threatening danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first.

Summary is for orientation. The full text below is what governs use.
