Recent updates and changes. All timestamps are relative — no calendar dates.

    Saved queue views for coordinators

Coordinators can now pin filtered queue views — by zone, urgency, status, or assignee — and switch between them with a single tap. Saved views sync across mobile and desktop.

  2. 3 weeks agoFeature

Multilingual AI triage without prior language detection

Triage handles Spanish, French, Haitian Creole, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Arabic submissions natively — no need to pre-tag the language. Urgency scoring and need extraction operate directly on the source text.

  3. 1 month agoImprovement

Stale case warning banner on the queue

Cases that have been open past your org's stale-case threshold now surface a yellow banner at the top of the queue, with a one-tap action to re-route or escalate.

  4. 1 month agoSecurity

TLS 1.3 enforced on all connections

Every connection to AidGrid now requires TLS 1.3. Older clients are redirected to update. No coordinator action required — completed during a maintenance window with no downtime.

  5. 6 weeks agoFix

Duplicate detection accuracy for unit-numbered addresses

Addresses with unit, apt, or suite numbers (e.g. '123 Main St, Apt 4B') now collapse correctly when matching duplicates. Previously they could be treated as separate cases when only the unit differed.

  6. 6 weeks agoFeature

CSV bulk import for case migration

Bring historical cases from spreadsheets or prior tools. Map columns once, validate inline, and import up to 5,000 rows at a time. Imported cases keep their original timestamps so reporting stays accurate.

  7. 7 weeks agoFix

Notification delivery for cases assigned to teammates

Fixed a delivery gap where assignment notifications were occasionally dropped during high-volume bursts. All in-app and email assignment alerts now retry with exponential backoff.

  8. 2 months agoFeature

Resource matching filters by current capacity status

The AI matcher now excludes red-status (full or closed) resources by default and de-prioritizes amber-status resources. Coordinators still see them on the map but they don't appear in the top-three matches.
